Amazing Kids Pool

The kids pool and waterpark were a highlight of our stay! My children had an absolute blast sliding down the waterslides and playing in the shallow areas. The lifeguards were attentive and made sure everyone was safe, which really put my mind at ease while the kids enjoyed themselves.

I had a truly wonderful time at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful beach and water park with my daughter. The rooms were bright and comfortable, and the food at the buffet exceeded my expectations. However, some aspects of service could improve, particularly in terms of drink service and communication with non-Spanish speakers, which left me feeling a bit overlooked at times.

My trip to the DR started off rocky, but things improved once we upgraded to a better room. The overall experience had its ups and downs, with some nice moments and some frustrating ones, especially around dining and service.
